M. Corey Napier has received his Professional Engineer license for the State of Kentucky. He is employed by Vaughn & Melton Consulting Engineers (V&M) and is a member of the Water and Wastewater Department.
A Bell County Kentucky native and resident, Mr. Napier joined V&M in 2006 upon graduating from the University of Kentucky with his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. He has six years of experience including water, wastewater, construction engineering, surveying, and project management. He is a member of the Association of General Contractors, Kentucky Society of Professional Engineers, the American Society of Civil Engineers and serves as a board member of the Bell County Chamber of Commerce.
