Vaughn & Melton was selected for a 2-year planning and design engineering services on-call contract for NCDOT’s Western Highway Divisions 10-14. The scope of work includes Rural and Urban Roadway Design, Interchange Design, Route Location Surveys, Utility Coordination, Public Water Distribution Systems, and Sanitary Sewer Collection Systems. The contract also includes Bridge Design for spans less than 200 ft., SUE, GPS, Right-of-Way Negotiations, Hydraulic Design Tier II, Erosion and Sediment Control Design, Paving Marking, and Traffic Control Plans.
