Vaughn & Melton Consulting Engineers, Inc. (V&M), a premier provider of engineering and surveying services in the Southeastern United States, has been selected by both the City and County of Spartanburg to perform “on-call” surveying, engineering and right-of-way services over the next year.

This is Vaughn & Melton’s first “on-call” contract with the City of Spartanburg and second with Spartanburg County. V&M has previously worked with both local government entities in the design of a bridge replacement for the County and civil design for the City’s new skateboard park. The scope of work for both contracts will include civil, drainage, bridge, parks, etc.
