He has been involved with the roadway and structure construction industry for over 28 years. He enjoys working with contractors, clients, and governmental agencies to successfully build a functional project that all can be pleased with. Outside of work, you will find Frank spending time with family, with a fishing pole in his hand, or volunteering with his church group on mission trips!
