Vaughn & Melton provided utility relocation easement acquisitions for the I-81 Exit 8 interchange construction project. The scope of work included the management of temporary and permanent easement permits for a total of 14 tracts. The tracts included six sewer line easements for the Morristown Utility District and eight water line acquisitions for the Witt Utility District.
