Vaughn & Melton was contracted by Romans Engineering to perform subsurface utility engineering services on the University of Tennessee-Knoxville campus. The scope of the project was to locate all underground utilities in the area between 13th Street to 16th Street for the construction of a new steam line into the campus for heating. V&M performed 14 bores locating gas, water, sewer, telephone and cable utilities.
