Land Acquisition
The intent of the right-of-way team is to provide a quality service with an attention to detail that is the best in the industry. We strive to provide the various clients we serve with a true turnkey product. Many of our employees begin with numerous years of transportation department experience, which we supplement with state sponsored training, IRWA training, and many hours of in-house training. Communication is important in our process, both with each other and with the public. Our process is heavy on public involvement and the individual interview process. Our ultimate goal is for the property owner to have a sense of fair dealing years after the final construction has been completed.
