New Website for Engineer's Week
Vaughn & Melton, a leading civil engineering and surveying firm operating in the Southeastern Appalachian region, has launched a new website as part of its activities to recognize National Engineers Week. The firm also is celebrating its fifty-fourth anniversary.
Founded by the National Society of Professional Engineers in 1951, National Engineers Week (February 21-27) is dedicated to ensuring a diverse and well-educated future engineering workforce by increasing understanding of and interest in engineering and technology careers.
“As a firm that is working to innovate and create new engineering solutions we are committed to growing our profession. That is why we chose National Engineers Week to launch our new website,” said David Harrell, Vaughn & Melton President. “Our new website has been designed to enhance understanding of our company, is easier to navigate, and is definitely more user friendly. A new feature is a searchable library of project histories.”
