Community Engagement
Community Stakeholder Relations is a critical component for many infrastructure projects because they can create delays and disruptions for communities and their stakeholders. Keeping positive perceptions of large-scale engineering projects means having a well-planned, effective communications strategy designed to mitigate potential issues before they arise.
Vaughn & Melton’s strategic outreach campaigns are designed to manage negative press, deliver work zone awareness, build stronger relationships with major stakeholders, and address citizen and business issues created by an engineering project.
We reach out to project stakeholders, public entities, and the general public using an integrated communications approach. Our experts can craft informative, easily managed communications tools, for real-time information sharing, and manage all media outreach from traditional press releases to social media posting.
Project History
Fountain Square Park
Vaughn & Melton was chosen by The City of Bowling Green, KY to provide the design and engineering services to the downtown area of Bowling Green, known as Fountain Square Park.
